C. H.(Skip) Spurling is an experienced trial lawyer admitted to practice law in the State of Maine, State of California, Federal District and Appellate Courts in both states and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a former Assistant District Attorney for the County of Los Angeles.

Mr. Spurling has been in private practice in the State of Maine for more than 20 years. In that time he has tried many criminal and civil cases and argued before the Maine Supreme Judicial Court and the Federal First Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston. He is a widely experienced trial lawyer well versed in domestic relations litigation, parental rights and responsibilities, child support, spousal support, property division and the modification of parental rights and responsibilities orders, in addition to civil, tort, and criminal law.
