Mr. Spurling is an experienced trial lawyer admitted to practice law in the State of Maine, State of California, Federal District and Appellate Courts in both states and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a former Assistant District Attorney for the County of Los Angeles.

Mr. Spurling has been in private practice in the State of Maine for more than ten years. In that time he has tried many criminal and civil cases and argued before the Maine Supreme Judicial Court and the Federal First Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston.
